Hot Melt Glue Application:
Eva hot melt adhesive is pure white elliptical particle hot melt adhesive, suitable for automatic or manual edge-banding machines suitable for sealing PVC,ABS, wood skin, wood chips, decorative paper etc.
How To Use Hot Melt Glue Adhesive :
1. The edge-sealing parts to be fitted should be clean and free of any dust and oil. The pressing should be tight to avoid insufficient or uneven pressure in a certain part.
2. Always check the temperature measuring device installed on the machine for temperature errors.
3. The replacement should be uniform, the replacement amount will be adjusted according to the different types of materials, a small amount will cause insufficient edge banding strength, a large amount of injection will cause a glue line, and the machine and material will be replaced.
4. When the room temperature is lower than 15℃, it is recommended to heat the edge-sealing surface and the edge-sealing material locally to ensure the bonding quality.
5. The feed rate should be moderate to avoid cooling down when it is not compressed. If it is necessary to work at a low feed rate, the temperature of the rubber wheel must be appropriately increased, and the laminated material must be preheated.
